Settings Reference
The fixed values in Project. Item names follow what the screen shows. How to choose between them is covered in the guides.
Project
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Tags | Up to 10 |
| Retries per step (failed / timed out) | 0 to 10. The default is 2. Used in workflow runs for failures on the platform's side (such as an abnormality in the runtime, or a timeout), and counted for each agent placed on the step, each time the run enters that step |
| Send-back limit (per target step) | 1 to 10. 3 by default. How many times one run can be sent back to the same step. Both reviewers' send-backs and automatic ones at the deadline count. A change applies to runs started afterwards |
| Workflow runs in progress at once | Up to 3. Runs that are running and runs awaiting review are counted. Starting a new one while there are already 3 is refused |
| Organization | “No organization”, or an organization the person setting it currently belongs to. Once set, it cannot be changed |
Steps
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Number of steps | Up to 12. You cannot delete steps to go below 2 |
| Steps when you create a project without specifying any | A workflow gets 3: “Run by Agent” → “Human review” → “Run by Agent”. A cycle gets 2 “Run by Agent” steps |
| Trigger (workflow) | The default is “Right after the previous step”. Choose “At a set time” and the initial value is 9:00 every day |
| Handling of results (workflow) | “When not allowed by rules” defaults to “Ask for review (awaiting review)”. “When the agent reports it could not finish” defaults to “Ask for review”. Either can be set to “Go to a specific step”, choosing the destination from the later enabled steps (in the same lane where there are lanes; outside the lanes, from the same side of the split — before it, or after the join) |
| Run at the same time (workflows) | Off by default (one at a time, in placement order). Available on a “Run by Agent” step with two or more agents placed, except on the step the lanes split from |
| Lanes (workflows) | One split. It divides into 2 to 11 lanes, joining once every lane has finished. Lane names up to 50 characters. Each lane needs at least one step |
